At State of Her, we want to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times
We currently ship across selected EU countries (excluding Cyprus). Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Since all shipments are sent from within the EU, no customs fees or import duties apply to EU customers.
In the rare event you are asked to pay customs or import charges (e.g., if your parcel gets redirected or held), you will be responsible for those costs.
Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at hello@stateofher.com within 48 hours and we’ll look into it right away.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor the parcel’s progress.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected transit time above, get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Carrier & Dispatch
We ship via trusted carriers, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the EU. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has left our warehouse.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time (or notified during busy periods) are dispatched as soon as possible; periods of high volume may see slight delays.

If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately, we’ll attempt to correct the shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the parcel is in transit.

In case an order is returned to us due to incorrect address entry or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
